Richard Armstrong is an associate of Fiske plc, the AIM quoted stockbrokers. He is a former equity analyst with extensive experience in reconstructing and raising capital for turnaround situations, especially in the quoted microcap sector, including Bizzbuild plc (now Optimisa plc), Future Internet Technologies plc (now Artilium plc) and Weatherly International plc,.

He joined the boards of each of these companies and played a major role in the successful reversal takeovers completed by each of them. In the case of Weatherly International, he was active in identifying and reviewing the mining business which it subsequently acquired. Currently, he is a director of AIM quoted Island Gas Resources Plc.

Antony Legge, Director

Antony Legge is a corporate financier with over twelve years experience with micro cap companies, both public and private. He worked with Peter Redmond at Merchant Capital Limited, prior to which he was the investment manager at Imperial College Innovations, with a portfolio of around 50 early stage businesses. Previously, he was an equity analyst at Beeson Gregory Limited, now Evolution Securities Plc, before moving into corporate finance.
